Part of Hull's regeneration project St Steven's is a 200m flagship retail and leisure development as well as a 120 bed luxury hotel. D&D Decorators where please to be involved in such a project, the overall contract for ourselves worth over 250k will include Painting the structural steel in the main street area as well as in the back of house areas which also include decoration of non/public corridors and staircases.
Along with Shopping complex is the 120 bed luxury holiday inn where rooms and restaurant areas are to be decorated to the highest standard using Dulux products along with decorative wall coverings.
Also included in the package is the Albemarle centre to be used for music and arts. So we look to complete all the above works over a 8 month period using up to 20 decorators supervised by our site Supervisors and Contracts manager.
